Well, where do I start??? (Note: I am running V1.2)
1) There appears to be no confirmation issued as to whether a "Free Player" has accepted your offer or not.
2) The last player in the team list appears multiple times in the Long Distance Running. (Possibly to do with injuries??)
3) The Long Distance Running is still shown even if you decide to Leave Early.
4) Chairman keeps saying "too soon" for recent turnover, even 6 months into game (is this supposed to happen??)
5) The Goalkeeper appears to do a lot of heading!!! Surely, if the Goalie is selected by the game then the word "head" could be changed to "punch"??
6) The game seems to get confused if an incident occurs at half-time. It starts the second half, displays the incident and then blows the whistle for half-time.
7) I saved Portsmouth with one New Player on 1st Jan 2004. When I reloaded the First Eleven was the Middlesbrough team, I also lost my formations and tactics. NB: The squad was still the Portsmouth Squad.
8) Transfers - One week, I was shocked to discover that Portsmouth had bought a new goalkeeper for $6.514M when I hadn't even bid for him.
9) As per (6) above there also seems to be some confusion as to the order of things and the players involved when a foul is committed.
10) There appears to be a problem with the cup. In round 5 Wolves v Burnley finished 0-0 and didn't provide a team for round 6. Also, Portsmouth automatically progressed to round 7 (we were supposed to be playing the winner of Wolves v Burnley I suppose)
11) In a game v Leicester at Fratton Park, a Leicester player scored in his own net and the goal was awarded to Leicester!!
12) "Passing Drills" becomes "Tackling Drills" in the News.
13) "Ball Control Training" becomes "Shooting Drills Training" in the News.
14) Freddie Lunjberg appears to be involved in everything. He has popped up at corners etc. even when Arsenal are not playing.
15) On April 28th 2004, the News advised that "'s contract is up" for 8 players without naming them.
16) On April 30th 2004 I offered Harri Ylonen a new contract for 3 years at $17,100 per week. It generated a runtime error 6: Overflow. His previous contract was for 1 year at $19,100.

(The problem for Freddie Ljungberg is caused because the game adds the text for the player who is taking the corner kick, but instead of taking it from the team's list of players it takes it from the game's list of players.)
, I will test the replay/penalty code.
It's one specific line of code... which will exist in a different form when I'm done with it.
